You've stumbled across the developer pages for the CD-DA X-Tractor, a CD ripper for 32-bit Windows platforms. It features intelligent jitter correction, internet CDDB support, on-the-fly MP3 encoding via BladeEnc or Lame_enc, and of course, it's 100% free! It makes use of the AKRip CD-DA Audio Extraction Library -- the source code to the library is included with X-Tractor's source, so there is no need to download it again.
